Happy Hollow - A real tear jerker!

I love constancy. I find it quite comforting. I looked it up once in the dictionary, and even its definition was elegant and appealing to me: con·stan·cy /ˈkänstÉ™nsÄ“/ Noun 1. The quality of being faithful and dependable . 2. The quality of being enduring and unchanging. Which brings me to amusement parks. Since I only visited amusement parks as a child in Iran, in my mind's eyes, amusement parks are only about merry-go-rounds, Ferris wheels, bumper cars and cotton candy.  No plush mascots or beautiful princesses.   I am talking simple mechanics, no computers and no fancy technology. Why Hello!

It's easy to get tangled up in our days and forget to take the time to do the things that bring us joy. But here we are again.  A little rusty, but still as excited to try to put a little goodness back into the universe. And where better to start, than to tell you about Mr. Urban's brilliant find of a little winery just miles from our doorstep that has brought sweet, sweet music to our hearts two weekends in a row!  Savannah Chanelle Vineyard  is nestled in the foothills of Santa Cruz mountains in the city of Saratoga. Since these were family outings, with little one in tow, we didn't spend much time in the tasting room, aside from picking up a couple of glasses of their delicious Central Coast Pinot Noir.  Then, we headed straight up a drive way on the side of the main building that lead us outside the hustle and bustle of Silicon Valley, to somewhere in between heaven and South of France...
