An Urban Girl

I love constancy. I find it quite comforting. I looked it up once in the dictionary, and even its definition was elegant and appealing to me: con·stan·cy /ˈkänstənsē/ Noun 1. The quality of being faithful and dependable . 2. The quality of being enduring and unchanging. Which brings me to amusement parks. Since I only visited amusement parks as a child in Iran, in my mind's eyes, amusement parks are only about merry-go-rounds, Ferris wheels, bumper cars and cotton candy.  No plush mascots or beautiful princesses.   I am talking simple mechanics, no computers and no fancy technology. It's easy to get tangled up in our days and forget to take the time to do the things that bring us joy. But here we are again.  A little rusty, but still as excited to try to put a little goodness back into the universe. And where better to start, than to tell you about Mr. Urban's brilliant find of a little winery just miles from our doorstep that has brought sweet, sweet music to our hearts two weekends in a row!  Savannah Chanelle Vineyard  is nestled in the foothills of Santa Cruz mountains in the city of Saratoga.
